Travel: 14 May–9 June and 16 August–24 October 2027 at $499; 10 June–15 August 2027 at $599
Book by Oct 21, 2026
- Book by midnight on Wednesday 21 October 2026. Icelandair names no time zone, so we list the earliest reading.
- Fares are non-refundable and valid only on Icelandair-operated flights. A no-show voids the ticket.
- Economy Light fares include carry-on baggage only, allow no changes and require a Saturday-night stay. Extra bags and optional services cost more.
- Midsummer departures, 10 June to 15 August 2027, cost $599 rather than $499.
- Icelandair warns that prices on the offer page can differ slightly from those in its booking engine.
Icelandair starts flying St. Louis to Keflavík on 14 May 2027, four times a week until 24 October, and these are its launch fares. $499 return includes taxes, and the sale runs until 21 October.
The $499 dates sit either side of peak summer. Late May brings near-constant daylight and fewer crowds than July. September is when the aurora season starts in earnest. Midsummer seats cost $599.
In this sale, Economy means Economy Light. You get a carry-on bag and nothing else, you cannot change the ticket, and a no-show cancels it. You also have to stay over a Saturday night. Price in a checked bag before you compare this with a connecting itinerary, and book only once your dates are fixed.
